Free standard shipping to the United States

Standard shipping is free for Noel Glow orders delivered to eligible United States addresses. There is no minimum order value. You will see a $0 standard shipping charge at checkout.

Estimated processing and delivery times

  • Order processing: approximately 1–3 days before dispatch.
  • Shipping after dispatch: approximately 5–11 days.
  • Estimated total: approximately 6–14 days from order processing through delivery.

These estimates apply to our current standard service to the United States. Processing and shipping are separate stages. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and can vary with stock availability, destination, carrier operations, customs clearance and holiday demand. We do not guarantee delivery before a particular holiday or event.

Order tracking

After dispatch, we will provide tracking information by email. Use the tracking link in that message or visit Track your order. Carrier updates can take time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery addresses and availability

Our current delivery market is the United States. Enter your full address and ZIP code at checkout to check availability. Please check your delivery details before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Taxes and import charges

Any sales tax collected by our checkout is shown before payment. Free shipping covers the standard delivery charge and does not, by itself, mean that every possible import duty or tax is prepaid. If customs or the carrier requests an import-related payment, contact us before paying so we can check the charge and explain the next steps.

Delays, missing parcels and support

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, appears lost, or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider and explain the available resolution. If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will explain the delay and provide the applicable choice to accept a revised dispatch date or cancel for a full refund. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
